Type: Flat roll film, single-layer porous membrane.

Material: 100% PTFE (biaxially stretched), PFAS & PFOA-free.

Pore Forming Process: Biaxially Stretchable.

Surface Properties: Naturally hydrophobic, hydrophilic (modified).

Pore Size Range: 0.05-10.0µm, Porosity >50%.

2. sPTFE Filter Membrane

Model HGL-1-SP

Type: Flat sheet or short roll, single-layer porous membrane.

Material: 100% PTFE (sintered), PFOA/PFAS-free.

Pore Forming Process: High-temperature sintering. No additives.

Surface Properties: Naturally hydrophobic, hydrophilic (modified).

Specifications and Basic Data:    

Pore Size Range: 1.0-50µm, Porosity >50%.

Thickness Range: 0.2-1.0mm

Bubble Point Pressure: Based on the corresponding pore size and thickness.

Air Permeability: Based on the corresponding pore size, porosity, and thickness.

Applications of ePTFE filter membrane:

* Thermally laminated with non-woven (PP/PE/PET) to produce PTFE composite filtration membranes.

* Laminated with PFA mesh/ECTFE meltblown fabric to produce perfluoroelastomer filtration membranes.

Core: Honeycomb-like, with regular pore and channel shapes, uniform pore distribution, tight tolerances, high retention accuracy.

Surface: Smooth, low-adhesion, resistant to contamination, chemically cleanable and recyclable (<2000 times).

Resistant to 99% of chemicals and temperature-resistant >230°C.
