Name: PVDF Filter Membrane, Polyvinylidene Fluoride Filter Membrane



Type: Single-layer cast membrane, self-supporting, not coated or laminated.


Material: 100% PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), homogeneous.


Properties: Hydrophobic (natural), Hydrophilic (modified).


Pressure: Operating pressure <0.6 MPa (long-term)


Temperature: <130°C (normal)


Chemical: Resistant to common chemicals, *not suitable for strong bases at 80°C, and highly polar organic solvents (such as NMP and DMAC).


Welding: Adhesive bonding, hot press welding, low-frequency ultrasonic welding.



Working way: Deep retention. * Some target media may be retained in the membrane core, potentially resulting in media loss.
