Material: 100% UHMW-POF (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyolefin), MW > 80KDa.
Molecular Chain: Predominantly vinyl, with long main chains, few short chains and branches, and orderly arrangement.
Strength: TD > 60 MPa, MD > 60 MPa.
Temperature: Melting point 135°C, recommended long-term operating temperature < 80°C.
Chemical: Resistant to common acid and alkali corrosion, good solvent wettability, and low swelling (not suitable for aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons).
Weldability: Adhesive bonding, hot melt lamination, ultrasonic welding.
Microstructure: Uniform, relatively symmetrical, with regular pore shape and small pore size tolerance.
Pore Size Range: 30nm-3.0µm
Porosity Range: 45%-75%.

Advantages and Applications:
1. It can be coated, cast, or impregnated to replace traditional nonwoven and woven fabrics in the manufacture of NF and VOC membranes. The coating quality
and adhesion are excellent, and it is not prone to collapse, cracking, or peeling.
2. The molecular chains can be grafted, and the mechanical properties are resistant to radiation damage. It can be manufactured into a single-layer homogeneous
ion exchange membrane, ion separation membrane, and charged screening membrane, while also exhibiting excellent hydrophilicity, chargeability, and airtightness.
3. It can be oleophobic modified to produce a high-grade waterproof and oil-proof breathable membrane with high water pressure resistance, dustproofness, and
excellent pollution resistance.
4. It can be hydrophilic modified to produce a high-performance filtration membrane with high pressure resistance, high flow rate, high retention accuracy, and
minimal variability, surpassing traditional filtration membranes.
