Name: SPOF Porous Skeleton Membrane


Type: Single-layer porous membrane, a new polymer skeleton membrane.


Material: 100% UHMW-POF (ultra-high molecular weight polyolefin)


Process:   Micron-sized spherical powder sintered at high-temperature.


Strength: TD > 10 MPa, MD > 10 MPa.


Temperature: Melting point 135°C, long-term operating temperature < 100°C.


Chemical Properties: Resistant to common chemical, good solvent wettability, and low swelling (not suitable for aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons).


Weldability: Adhesive bonding, hot melt lamination, and ultrasonic welding.


Pore Size Range: 3.0µm-10.0µm (optional or customizable).


Porosity Range: 50%-65% (optional or customizable).

As a new polymer framework, it replaces nonwoven and woven fabrics.


Used for integral impregnation and pressure-assisted permeation filling, it can be used to manufacture ion exchange membranes and pervaporation membranes.


Compared to traditional coating processes, the functional layer is 3D-bonded to the framework, resulting in a strong bond that is less susceptible to blistering, cracking, or peeling.
