sPOF framework membrane

As a new polymer framework, it replaces nonwoven and woven fabrics.

Used for integral impregnation and pressure-assisted permeation filling, it can be used to manufacture ion exchange membranes and pervaporation membranes.

Compared to traditional coating processes, the functional layer is 3D-bonded to the framework, resulting in a strong bond that is less susceptible to blistering, cracking, or peeling.

Long molecular chains with few short chains and branches create an orderly arrangement, resulting in balanced mechanical properties.

Unstretched, it retains its original strength and toughness.

Non-fibrous structure, with uniform, regular, and symmetrical microscopic pores and channels.
